Stage Acting (Grades 9–12)
Whether you're stepping onto the stage for the first time or looking to refine your performance skills, Stage Acting Lab offers high school students the opportunity to grow as confident, authentic performers. Led by Emma Sorenson, this class combines foundational acting techniques with more in-depth scene work, making it a great fit for both newcomers and experienced actors.
Through script analysis, character development, monologues, partner scenes, and ensemble exercises, students will learn to make strong acting choices, build believable relationships on stage, and communicate effectively with an audience. Emma meets students where they are, providing individualized guidance and challenges that help each performer continue to grow. Whether you're preparing for auditions, school productions, or simply want to explore acting in a supportive environment, this class will help you develop the skills and confidence to shine on stage.
